A request comes first

Suggested routes and guide prices are starting points. An enquiry does not reserve a vehicle. A booking is confirmed only when the route, dates, vehicle, inclusions, price and booking conditions are agreed in writing.

Transport estimates

Rates are in USD for the whole vehicle, based on 8 hours and an average of 150 km per day over a multi-day hire. The proposed quote allows for the driver, fuel, driver meals and accommodation, ordinary parking and tolls on the agreed route. Transfers are quoted separately for the exact journey.

Other costs and changes

Your hotels, meals, entrance tickets, specialist guides and activities are separate. Extra distance, time or changes must be discussed and priced before being added. Luggage capacity, child seats and accessibility requests require confirmation.

Payment and cancellations

The written quote sets out the final amount, any deposit, payment dates and cancellation terms before you commit. No payment is taken on this website.

Optional experiences

Hotels, train seats, safari jeeps and other specialist activities are not included. We only agree to arrange an optional request after checking a suitable provider, availability, price and relevant requirements. Wildlife sightings and train seats cannot be guaranteed.
